Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of PZB at pzb.app(the "Service"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use PZB

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Information you provide must be accurate and yours to use.

3. What PZB is, and what it is not

PZB is a technology marketplace for peer-to-peer pasabuy. We help buyers and travelers find each other, communicate, and track orders.

We are not a party to your deal, a courier, a freight forwarder, a customs broker, or a licensed financial institution. We do not guarantee that any item will be bought, carried, cleared, or delivered.

Any notes in the app about import limits or de minimis rules are general guidance only. You are responsible for checking official rules before you travel or buy.

4. Travelers

If you run a trip, you agree that you are responsible for:

• Your listings, pricing, shopping, travel, and handoff or local delivery.
• Buying requested items with your own money, in your name, as your own personal property.
• Following customs, tax, airline, and import laws, including Philippine de minimis limits and rules on commercial quantities.
• Not accepting illegal, restricted, or counterfeit goods.

Any duty, fine, seizure, or penalty from how you buy, declare, carry, or deliver goods is your responsibility, not PZB's.

5. Buyers

If you submit a request, you agree that:

• A request is an offer to the traveler. They may accept, decline, or suggest changes.
• You will give accurate item details and contact information.
• You will not request illegal, restricted, or counterfeit goods.
• Pasabuy has real-world risk: items may be unavailable, prices may change, and travel or customs may delay delivery.

6. Payments

During pre-launch, payments may be coordinated through details shown in the app and confirmed manually by PZB staff after you upload proof of payment. This is a coordination tool, not a guarantee of escrow protection or insurance.

We may later use licensed payment partners. If we do, their terms may also apply. You are responsible for fees charged by your bank or e-wallet.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use PZB for fraud, harassment, illegal goods, or abuse of the platform or other users.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or create legal or security risk.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of photos, listings, messages, and other content you submit. You give PZB permission to host and display it only to operate the Service. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.

9. Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the changes.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent allowed by law. PZB is not liable for transaction outcomes, customs issues, lost goods, or payment delays between users.
